In addition to medical massage techniques, this workshop will include a segment on acupressure points for self-care for Veterans. Veterans will learn about key acupressure points that can help alleviate stress, reduce pain, and enhance their overall wellbeing. By understanding and applying these acupressure points, Veterans can take better care of themselves and manage the physical and emotional challenges they may face.
