Making Christmas cards can be a wonderful way to boost mental health and well-being. Reduces Stress and Anxiety: by engaging in creative activities like card making can be very calming and meditative, helping to lower stress levels and alleviate anxiety. Crafting, including making Christmas cards, has been shown to improve mood and increase feelings of happiness and satisfaction. Writing personalized messages in Christmas cards can help you reflect on positive aspects of your life and express gratitude, which is known to enhance overall mental health and  can boost self-confidence and provide a sense of accomplishment.Â
We will be meeting in the Harry Shultz Community Center on the third floor of the Veterans One-stop Center.
