We have a really neat opportunity for movers of all generations (14+) and experience levels! We will have the pleasure of having Exit12 Dance Company come here to the VOSC! Those interested in learning creative techniques to get connected to the body and move in a fun, safe space, can sign up here. You'll go through Exit12's signature movement workshop on Sunday, September 22 and then have the opportunity to show what you created over the course of the workshop at our Beyond Medicine event on September 23! No prior dance experience required.
