Ready to make a change? This beginner-friendly, 12-week program is designed to help you go from zero running experience to completing your first 5K! Saturday, May 16, 2026 for the WNY Armed Forces Day 5K at Buffalo Naval Park in downtown Buffalo

📍Participation Requirements: Complete Couch to 5K training plan AND attend minimum of 8 fitness events or personal training sessions with one of our Certified personal trainers.
