Description:In this brief 90-minute workshop, participants will review essential background information on suicide and then explore practical steps to support someone in crisis. The session will cover:
How to recognize when a person thinking about suicide may be inviting help—directly or indirectly.
How to feel confident in approaching and connecting with that person to ask openly and directly about suicide.
