About the event
Veteran’s One-stop and Buffalo HOPE COMPHS invite you to an evening of mindful creativity at our Pumpkin Painting Night on Thursday, October 6th at 5:30 PM.
This special Veteran plus one event blends art with wellness, offering a safe and welcoming space to explore painting as a tool for grounding, relaxation, and self-kindness. No experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and a willingness to unwind. Together, we’ll transform pumpkins into works of art while practicing presence and cultivating a deeper sense of compassion for ourselves and others.
Light refreshments will be provided. Supplies included.
