About Our Housing Services

We provide Temporary Financial Assistance to cover critical housing needs and guide Veterans through the process of securing and maintaining a stable home. Our team coordinates with VA benefits, local agencies, and on-site partners so Veterans receive complete care in one location. This approach ensures every Veteran household has the stability and support needed to move forward with confidence.

THE PROCESS

Here’s How We Can Help

1: Intake and Assessment

Every Veteran household begins with an intake where needs are reviewed, eligibility is confirmed, and a care plan is created, and next steps are identified.

2: Get Housing Support

Our Housing Specialists guide Veterans through every part of the housing process. They provide resources to search for apartments, negotiate with landlords, and complete applications. They also manage Temporary Financial Assistance, which can cover rent, past due balances, deposits, and utilities. This hands-on support ensures Veterans not only find housing but have the financial backing to secure and keep it.

3: Health and Benefits Navigation

Our navigators connect Veterans with VA health care, mental health services, and community benefits that strengthen independence and wellbeing.

4: Continuous Support

Support doesn’t end with housing placement. We ensure Veterans are connected to ongoing support, peer networks, wellness programs, and partner services to help them remain stable.
