VOSC retreats, trips, and special events give Veterans the opportunity to step away from their everyday routine, immerse themselves in something new, and connect with fellow Veterans through unique experiences. Explore some of the exciting opportunities currently available below!
Alexandria Bay Dive Weekend
September 18 - 20, 2026
Experience a weekend of diving in the Thousand Islands while connecting with fellow Veterans above and below the water.
What’s Included: Multiple-occupancy lodging, dive equipment & dive costs.
What to Plan For: Transportation to and from Alexandria Bay & meals.

Florida Springs Diving Adventure
October 5 - 9, 2026
Explore some of Florida’s most unique freshwater dive sites, including Devil’s Den, Blue Grotto, Ginnie Springs, and a Rainbow River drift dive.
What’s Included: Multiple-occupancy lodging, all dive equipment, dive costs & welcome dinner Monday evening.
What to Plan For: Round-trip airfare from Buffalo to Orlando (approximately $250) & meals other than the welcome dinner.
Georgia Aquarium Dive
Anticipated February/March 2027 - Dates Coming Soon
Dive alongside whale sharks, manta rays, and thousands of other marine animals during an unforgettable Veterans immersion experience at the Georgia Aquarium.
What’s Included: $500 Georgia Aquarium dive experience fee, shared lodging, lunch and dinner on dive day, & additional group activity in Atlanta.
What to Plan For: Round-trip airfare (approximately $300).
Bonaire Dive Trip
April 17–27, 2027
Spend 10 days exploring one of the world’s premier diving destinations with boat dives, endless shore diving, and plenty of time to experience Bonaire alongside fellow Veterans.
What’s Included: Shared lodging. shared condo vehicles, three days of boat diving, unlimited shore diving opportunities, dive equipment and tank rentals, & welcome and departure dinners.
What to Plan For: $500 per diver/Veteran, round-trip airfare (approximately $800), & meals others than welcome and departure dinner.
